Before I became a full-time REALTOR®, I spent more than16 years in construction and remodeling, working hands-on with kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, drywall, and full-scale home improvements. Because of that experience, I understand how homes are built, how to evaluate condition, and where the true value lies. I use that knowledge to help my clients avoid surprises, make smart choices, and feel confident in every decision they make.

I’m also aCertified Probate Specialist, guiding families and personal representatives through the sensitive and often complicated process of selling a home in probate or trust. These situations require patience, clarity, and respect, and I take pride in helping families navigate every step with confidence and peace of mind.
